Celeste Williams'' story is a familiar story among the Pirates QBL archives. Like so many before her, the love of the game and desire to improve have enabled her to sign her first season as a QBL player rising from the SBL program. Last season Celeste competed for the Pirate's SBL team and doubled up for QBL games providing some valuable minutes. Celeste has ability to play a variety of positions and her chase down blocks are as common as Lebron James! Celeste was a also member of the Pirate's U18 girls 2011 State Championship winning team. Celeste works with our referees and also coached our U21 girls through to the grand final. Congratulations Celeste!
